I'm
still
completing
our
Scanning
Frenzy
of
the
earliest
years
of
the
Rally.
I've
got
an
exhaustive
collection
of
excellent
to
poor
photographs
from
over
two
decades
of
energetic,
raucous
nights.
I'll
do
my
best
to
keep
this
site
updated
as
I
firmly
believe
that
unless
this
is
documented,
no
one
will
ever
believe
it.
There
are
also
several
years
in
which
I
shot
video.
I've
been
trying
for
the
last
5
years
to
find
the
spare
time
to
edit
these
down
and
get
them
on
the
web,
so
we'll
just
have
to
see
how
the
next
5
years
goes...
On
a
professional
note:
If
you
even
vaguely
know
who
I
am,
and
you
either
witnessed
or
participated
in
a
Big
Wheel
Rally,
I've
probably
got
you
on
film
and
you
have
no
hope
of
a
political
career.

Maxtor employee Pat Libra has been on a few Big Wheel Rallies. After chatting it up at work, HR Manager Nicole Bolte heard about it and decided it would be a fun event for the August Employee Appreciation Month. Not knowing what creativity she had unleashed, the nerds at Maxtor stepped up and turned out some amazing rigs!

Captain Obvious and the Big Wheel Rally were invited to sponsor the Burn 24 Hour mountain bike race in Greensboro, NC. Not only did we have infield races for the kids and Big Wheel Rally prizes, but we had the coolest bikes there.

Attached
are

our
first
annual
Big
Wheel
Tour
de
Cure
for
the
American
Cancer
Society
here
in
Atlanta.
Tim
Cicciarelli
and
I
rode
the
big
wheels
for
10
miles
to
kick
off
the
Relay
for
Life
for
Gwinnett
County,
Georgia.
This
is
the
world's
largest
fundraiser
for
the
American
Cancer
Society.
Last
year,
8,000
people
(including
1,700
cancer
survivors)
helped
raise
over
$2.2
million
dollars
for
cancer
research.
We
shall
do
this
again
on
May
12th
this
year.
I'll
get
with
you
soon
to
place
an
order
for
some
more
bikes.
