or holidays. And while we'd all like to believe there's
some state-of-the-art bank of automated ordering computers
that trigger gleaming rows of robots to package and load
the trucks
as soon as we hit the "Enter" key, the reality
is that most of the work is done by people. Like you. They
go home, have
dinner with their families, and sleep.
Sometimes
they
go
out with
their
friends,
go to church, or go to the store. Then they come back to work
from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and do whatever it takes
to take care
of you and get your order out in a timely manner.
PROCESSING ORDERS:
Here at the
Big Wheel Rally Store we strive to processes your order and have
it ready for shipment within 3 days of when the order is placed.
That being said, this is real life and on a rare occasion, that
may not happen. But we'll let you know right away.
Adult Size
versions of any rig you see here are another story. They are
customized by hand from the stock models, and as such require
quite a bit more time than slapping a shipping label
on a box. Due
to the overwhelming response we've gotten to the Adult
Size Big Wheels, we've had to adjust our production schedule
and processes. Since each Adult Size Big Wheel is modified
by hand and parts customized as needed, we will be doing a
single, large production run each month. As of July 2005:
Orders
are currently running approximately 6 weeks,
prior to shipment.
We
wil of course send you a tracking number just as soon as
we've got it.
As
always, if you've got an urgent need, contact
us right away! Thanks for your understanding!
SHIPPING:
All orders
are shipped FOB from our dock. What's that mean? We're
not responsible for the shipment once it leaves our facility. Any
issues that arise need to be settled between the recipient and
the shipping company. Pretty standard stuff.
Note that
the number of days that an item takes to ship are business
days
(no weekends) and begins the day after the shipment
is picked up.
For example,
an order placed on Monday is filled and ready for shipment on
Wednesday.

Canceling an Order
(REFUNDS):
Orders
that are placed & paid for, then canceled before
shipment may be refunded the whole amount less
a 15% order cancellation fee. Refunds requested
more than 60 days after the order was placed may
be refunded the whole amount less
a 18% order cancellation fee.
Once
it's shipped (RETURNS):
Only unopened,
unassembled merchandise will be accepted for return within
30 days of purchase. Customer
is responsible for all shipping costs. Upon receipt, the item
purchase price (not including shipping) less a 15% restocking
fee will be credited to the
customer.
Please
with the items you'd like to return and we'll generate an
RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number for you with
shipping instructions.
Items returned
in any other condition may only receive a partial refund, or
none at all.
International
Shipments:
Due to various
tarriffs and import rules depending on the county, we cannot
guarantee the delivery schedule of shipments to countries outside
of the United States. Basically it gets there when it
gets there. Of course we can upgrade shipping from economy
to global priority which will get it there fasters. Please
be aware that the duties, taxes, and any other import or delivery
fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
WARRANTIES

Manufacturer's
warranties will be honored by said manufacturer. Check them out

WARRANTIES
(Upgrade Kits & Super Modified Rigs):
Yeah, right.
The modifications and kits offered here will let you do things
to and on a Big Wheel that it was never intended to do. And you
probably will. Cutting the frame apart, tripling the load rating,
screwing it back together and hoping for the best are not wise
decisions. And they void any and all warranties. Please check
our disclaimer here.
And if that's not enough, try this one on: Do not enter, read,
view, download, browse, imagine, purchase from, or even think
about this site. Doing so voids any and all warranties and releases
the Big Wheel Rally ltd from anything and everything. To purchase
anything on this site, you agree that you are 18 years of age
or older and can engage in a legal contract. You also agree that
you are an adult and are fully responsible for your thoughts
and
actions up to and including this point, and for all your thoughts
and actions in the future no matter what you or your dumb buddies
say later. Any of the upgrade kits or modified rigs for sale
here
are sold as novelty items, are solely for display purposes, and
are not to be ridden. Ever. We knew you'd understand, that's
why
you're here.

Registration and Participation in the Big Wheel Rally:
By continuing
with registration, you agree, warrant and covenant as follows:
In consideration
of the acceptance of my entry, I, the undersigned participant,
for myself, my family members, heirs, administrators,
personal representatives, successors and assigns hereby fully
release, discharge and hold harmless Big Wheel Rally LTD, any
sponsors, owners and operators of event vehicles and officers,
directors, employees, volunteers and lessors of any of the foregoing
persons or entities from any and all liability, whether resulting
from negligence of any aspect of the Big Wheel Rally LTD, whether
a pre-ride, post-ride activity or the ride itself. I also expressly
covenant with the aforementioned persons and entities not to
sue any such persons and entities for any such activity, including
the negligence of any such persons or entities. I certify and
represent by my application for entry that my physical condition
is adequate to compete safely in the Big Wheel Rally, and I hereby
acknowledge that the above persons and entities have no obligation
to provide medical care and have not undertaken the responsibility
to do so. In the event I receive medical care as a result of
a medical emergency, I hereby consent to such care and fully
release the person(s) providing such care from any and all liability,
whether resulting from negligence or otherwise. I authorize and
consent to the publication, whether by videotape, film, newsprint,
written advertisement or otherwise, of any materials containing
my name or picture, and I release any sponsors and all persons
acting under authority from any claims I might have due to initial
or subsequent publication of any such materials or photographs.
I hereby certify that I have fully read and understand the foregoing
release, waiver and covenant not to sue and sign it knowingly,
willingly and voluntarily.
1. Authority to Register and/or to Act as Agent. You represent
and warrant to the Big Wheel Rally LTD ("Big Wheel Rally")
that you have full legal authority to complete this event registration,
including full authority to make use of the credit or debit
card to which registration fees will be charged. In addition,
if you
are registering third parties, you represent and warrant that
you have been duly authorized to act as agent on behalf of
such parties in performing this event registration. By proceeding
with this event registration, you agree that the terms of this
Registration Agreement shall apply equally to you and to any
third parties for whom you are acting as agent. Compliance
with
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). You represent
and warrant that, in compliance with COPPA, you are over thirteen
(13) years of age, and that if you are registering a child
under fourteen (14) years of age you are the parent of such
child,
and do hereby consent to the collection of such child's personal
information.
2. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold each of Big Wheel Rally and
its officers and employees harmless from
any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made
by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this
site or the violation of any term of this Liability Waiver
or the Terms and Conditions by you.
3. Severability. If any provision of this Liability Waiver shall
be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that
provision shall be deemed severable from this Liability Waiver
and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining
provisions.
